We believe that yoga is for everybody.

We work with many different types of injuries and health conditions everyday, simply modifying postures for newbies.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class, sign in at reception and we will show you around.

Arriving early enables you to have a chat with our teachers and avoid feeling rushed or stressed before class. It will also allow your body to acclimatize to the temperature and feel relaxed before the class starts.

We understand that starting something new can be intimidating and nerve racking, please feel free to call us or simply pop in to have a look around and meet out team. We are happy to talk you through everything you need to know and help you find the best classes for you.

Booking Terms & Conditions

* The Introductory offer is available to new clients only. If a Drop In is purchased on your first class, you will be unable to purchase the Intro offer.

* Please cancel two hours prior to the class commencing. If we receive no notification or are notified after this period of time you will be charged/we will deduct a full class from your pass.

* Clients are unable to enter the room once the class has commenced.

* Passes/Drop Ins are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be shared.

* Extensions on passes are not possible as they are discounted products. Drop in options are available if you are unable to commit to a time frame.
